Our Mission Statement

Memorial Credit Union is committed to providing financial benefits which are recognized by its members as offering value. The Credit Union will promote savings, provide valued and expanding financial services, and encourage financial stability within the community, while operating in a sound financial manner.

Our Field of Membership

Employees of Memorial Health Care Systems and its subsidiaries; Employees of this Credit Union; Persons working in Memorial Atrium Building; Employees of the Tennessee Credit Union League and its subsidiaries; Medical Staff and Specialists employed by Memorial; Physicians, Specialists and Staff who practice or work at Memorial facilities or whose offices are located in the Hospital or Medical Service, and other buildings owned by Memorial Hospital or its subsidiaries; Non-medical employees of or organized by Memorial Health Care System related to the prevention and treatment of diseases; Employees of SCT Company; Employees of Alexian Brothers (Alexian Brothers Community Services, Alexian Senior neighbors, Alexian Village and Alexian Grove) and its subsidiaries; Members of the immediate family of such persons or organizations composed of the same general membership. Once a member, always a member so long as membership is continuous.

How to Join Memorial Credit Union

To join the credit union, bring two forms of IDs consisting of a State issued picture ID (driver’s license or carry permit) and a secondary ID (social security card, work badge, insurance card, birth certificate) to one of the MCU branches. MCU Policy requires that a new member open a Share account which requires a minimum deposit/balance of $25.00. Once the Share account is opened, the member is eligible to open a Share Draft account, Club Account, or Certificate of Deposit. Any joint owner to be added to the account must also be present to sign all documents and provide two forms of ID.
